POSITION DESCRIPTIONS

We're looking for outgoing people who love creativity and understand our mission to make people smile - it's the best part of our day!

 

If you love art and thinking outside the box, we'd love to visit with you about joining our DECORATING teams! Our ideal decorators have part-time to full-time availability and must be available to work some holidays and weekends. Must be able to stand for long stretches and lift up to 50lbs occasionally (butter, powdered sugar, buttercream bins). Experience is preferred but not required.

If you love working with a small group of people, don't mind repetition, and have a mind for math and details, our BAKING teams may be for you! Ideal bakers don't have a lot of experience in the kitchen - we prefer to train from the ground up! Need good availability and must be available to work some holidays and weekends. Must be able to stand for long stretches and lift up to 50lbs occasionally (bags of flour, sugar, etc). 

 

We're always looking for friendly, outgoing, people-people who would love to offer outstanding customer service on our COUNTER STAFF team! We're looking for part-time to full-time staffers who are available to work shifts between 8am-8pm and must be able to work some holidays and weekends! If details are your thing and you adore working with people, we'd love to work with you!

Our FUNDRAISING PROGRAM continues to grow, becoming one of the most successful fundraising programs in the state! Fundraising program staff should be detail-oriented, like puzzles & problem-solving, and like working with a small group of people! Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, squat, turn, and lift approximately 30lbs with ease. 

Our DELIVERY DRIVERS are important to our mission of making people smile! If you've got a clean driving record and are 18 years or older (21 for Curbside and Fundraising drivers), we'd love to have you on our team! Our delivery drivers should be on board with our mission of making people smile...you're delivering smiles! If you're good solo most days and would love to have some steady morning hours, this is the job for you!
